Leadership meeting agenda built around decisions, not updates

The failure mode of a leadership meeting is the status round: an hour of updates that everybody could have read, and the two genuinely contested decisions squeezed into the last five minutes.

Agendair changes what gets submitted. Every row in the Agenda tab asks for a topic, a description and the people whose presence the item requires — which quietly forces the submitter to state what they need decided. Heads submit during the week; the reminder email prompts anyone who hasn't; the program email circulates the decision list on the morning of the meeting.

The register is the real payoff. Each row ends with a decision, an owner and a status, so 'what did we agree in March and who owned it' takes one search instead of an archaeology session across notes documents and Slack threads.

Closed rows fold out of the default view but are never deleted. The agenda is the register — there is no second document to keep in sync.
