Committee agenda and minutes kept in the same sheet

Committees run on notice periods and records. Items must be circulated before the meeting, motions must be recorded with proposer and outcome, and the record has to survive a change of secretary — often a volunteer with no handover.

Agendair gives the committee one Google Sheet its members can submit into, plus two emails that send themselves: the notice with a submit button on your chosen lead time, and the full agenda on the morning of the meeting. Both are branded and sent from your own address, so nothing depends on a personal mailbox.

Motions and outcomes go into the same rows. Because the sheet lives in the organisation's Drive rather than one person's laptop, the record transfers with the role instead of leaving with the last secretary.
