HOA and association meeting agenda members can submit to
Association meetings are run by volunteers whose real job is elsewhere. The agenda gets assembled the night before, members complain they never heard about the item, and last year's decisions live in an email thread nobody can find.
Agendair replaces that with one sheet and two automatic emails. Members on the notify list receive the notice with a Submit an item button ahead of every meeting, so requests arrive in writing, attributed and dated. The agenda email then goes to every member the morning of the meeting.
Decisions — a budget approved, a contractor chosen, a rule amended — are recorded in the same rows with an owner and a status. That record is what protects the committee the next time somebody disputes what was agreed.
What sits in a association or hoa meeting agenda
| Row in the sheet | How Agendair handles it |
|---|---|
| Treasurer's report | Figures pasted into the row before the notice goes out. |
| Maintenance and works requests | Submitted by residents directly into the sheet. |
| Items raised by members | Attributed and dated, which keeps discussion civil. |
| Rule or bylaw changes | Circulated in advance so members can read them. |
| Election and role handover | A standing row before the annual meeting. |
The same sheet records what the association / hoa decided.
| Decision | Owner | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Approve the roof repair quotation | Committee chair | Closed |
| Raise the annual fee in line with the maintenance budget | Treasurer | Closed |
| Revisit the parking rules after consultation | Secretary | Postponed |
Closed rows fold out of the default view but are never deleted. The agenda is the register — there is no second document to keep in sync.
